Day 3 of diarrhoea 19 weeks - when should I be concerned?

Hi ladies, just wondering if anyone can help. I'm now on day 3/4 (first day wasn't as bad) of diarrhoea, I've had it about 6/7 times today. I'm beginning to feel really drained and headachey. Keep waking up a few times in the night with horrible cramping telling me I need to go! Has anyone experienced this? When do I start to get worried? I have messaged my midwife but she has already said before she takes a few days to respond, and to call the triage number if it's an emergency. Is this distressing the baby? At 19 weeks with an anterior placenta I don't feel strong movements yet just little pops and no real pattern. I have felt him a couple of times today which is reassuring.
