Trying to get pregnant

So I have a few very early symptoms and tests are still showing negative although I know it's too early untill tomorrow, I'm currently 7 days past ovulation and I'm expecting my period a week today, I have had mild cramps for the last few hours, do you think this is a good thing that implantation is taking place as I read that it's rare to get period pain a week before your due.
I've been terribly bloated for the last week or more and very tired and eating more, I'm so hopeful that I'm pregnant (will be my 2nd) but also thinking maybe it's all sycological?

I’d say at this point it’s psychological. The earliest you can implant is 6dpo and you won’t create any hcg hormones until after that so the symptoms you are having can not be pregnancy related. Obviously this does not mean that you aren’t pregnant, it’s just too early to have symptoms yet. Fwiw I didn’t have symptoms for any of mine, no cramps, no implantation bleeding nothing at all

Unfortunately there's no real way to know until AF doesn't arrive and/or you get a positive test. That said, I did have a day of cramping at 8dpo and had an inkling it was implantation. Tested at 14dpo and got my BFP. Sometimes you do 'know' but I didn't dare believe it or trust it until the test came back. I think it's easy to torment yourself and drive yourself mad in the tww. Best just hold on if you can and see if AF appears or not. Just a few more days of patience to get through! Good luck! X
