Anyone had 5 children (older mum)

Hi I just wondered if there are any mummies of 5? Did you have any problems birthing the 5th? I have read the uterus is weaker and increased risk of bleeding and problems at 5 births. I'm only early pregnant but I have so much anxiety already. Thank you

Didn't want to read and run - not had 5 children, but I am the fifth child! My mum had no problems having me - if anything, I was the quickest and easiest, despite being the biggest baby. And this was 30 odd years ago, so the medical advances now will make things easier and safer yet! Don't worry about it any more than you did your other babies (I know that's easier aaid than done!)

Hi there, also not a mum of 5, but my sister has just recently gave birth to her 6th. She had no problems through all of her pregnancies, the only issues she had with 5 and 6 is that because they were quite hefty they got stuck (for like 2-3 minutes) but both delivered safely, one was 9lb2oz and one 10lb2oz. Did not bleed a load after the deliveries either, but obviously everyone is different 🙂 x

I’ve got more than 5 and being induced tomorrow, I’m 40 and all have been fine, not much bleeding and all straight forward
