20+5 reduced movement

I've felt tiny bits of movement for the past week, mostly in the evenings, but yesterday I only felt one prod all day. I just had my second scan three days ago and baby is as healthy as they can possibly be. Should I be concerned? Should I call the midwife? Or do I just stop being paranoid and put it down to the movements being very soft as it is and I may have missed them?
Many thanks in advance!

I asked my midwife this, she said not to worry if you didn’t feel them all day at the early stages and the pattern only matters later on! If you’re worried though you could always call to put your mind at ease xxx

They usually tell you to start monitoring movements after 28 weeks. Before that baby is so small you won’t always feel them. That said if you are ever worried give them a ring
