Hi all, I'm currently 9+1 weeks pregnant and I've started spotting, only very lightly and its very light pink rather than blood at the moment. Just taken a pregnancy test and it's still mega positive but please tell me your stories! I've had 3 children and 3 miscarriages so I'm SO scared right now!
Scan booked in for Monday morning

When you had your miscarriages, did you have spotting? Just wondering if they could give you progesterone or anything?

At the start but it quickly turned into full.bleeding within a day. My last was an 7/8wrek loss and it was horrific. II got pregnant with my daughter after that one and was only offered early scans at 6 weeks. The midwife I spoke to yesterday mentioned progesterone so maybe if all is OK Monday it might be an option 🤞

I'd definitely see what they say about it.

My first pregnancy resulted in a healthy daughter, then my second pregnancy I had spotting for a couple of weeks, everything looked fine at first, saw a heartbeat, then we discovered I'd had a missed miscarriage. Baby stopped growing at 7 weeks.

I'm now pregnant again and I had spotting early on again. Had a scan at hosp and all looked fine, I mentioned progesterone and to be honest they didn't say much. But then I got a phone call that afternoon saying they'd spoke to the doctor and he'd said to give me it, so I took it from about 7 and a half weeks, up until 16 weeks. I'm now 19+1 and all is going well.

I wouldn't pay much attention to the pregnancy test as that could be positive regardless, but I really hope all is well on Monday for you and that you can maybe get the progesterone. Whether it makes a difference I don't know but I definitely felt better having it xx

Hi @Kirst0602 I didn't want to read & run.
I've also had some spotting - I went to the EPU for a scan and I have a "subchronic hematoma" but baby looked fine & happy and was wriggling about. I'm now 11+4 but I have had spotting on 3 different occasions. X

Just wanted to update this as all my googling no one seems to. we had a scan today and baby is doing well! Nice string heartbeat. They don't know where the bleeding is coming from but midwife said it's a positive sign that he's doing so well. (Don't know if it is a boy that's my guess) on progesterone until I'm 16 weeks
