Pretty sure I'm having a miscarriage

Few days ago I had brown stringy discharge, no pain, then few days of nothing, phoned epu booked in for a scan this coming Wednesday. Since then I had mild pain last night nothing major similar to mild period pain, today its turned bright red and everytime i go to toilet its there and red when I wipe.

I had a miscarriage before and this is same as what happened before, then I had a successful pregnancy, this is my third pregnancy. Today iv also had a bit of a headache

Anyone in a similar situation

Hi OP, didn't want to read and run. Hope you are doing ok, how many weeks are you/when did you get your BFP? It's hard to know without a scan as bleeding can come from somewhere else and doesn't always indicate a miscarriage, especially if it's light bleeding.

I'm just over 6 weeks pregnant, got bfp 3 days after my period was due, the bleeding is getting heavier, I also don't feel pregnant anymore, boobs were never really that sore but they felt different, now they just feel normal, also I had been feeling so tired in the evening, don't feel that neither

I'd maybe take another test & see how dark it is, when I had my early miscarriage at 5ish weeks I tested a few times & saw it was getting lighter so knew it wasn't going to stick, then my bleeding started. Don't want you to lose hope, but if symptoms are going & bleeding is getting heavier it could maybe mean it is what you think x
