I'm 14 weeks and super struggling with bloating, indigestion, reflux and nausea in the evenings. I feel fine during the day but when I get to like 6pm I feel awful until bedtime. Taking prices and tums doesn't seem to help fully....
I eat 4 times a day and I wouldn't call them big meals.. for example today I had 2 slices of French toast and 2 slices plain toast, a 2 egg omelette and crisps, grapes with cheese and crackers and a fish finger + handful of roasted diced potatoes.
I wouldn't call this ALOT of food.
Has anyone managed to get to this under control? How and what were you eating? In what quantities? I'm so worried coz if it's this bad at 14 weeks what more when my uterus grows :(
