I Had a sweep at 37+6, 2nd baby. I was 2cm bulging waters. since 38 weeks I’ve been loosing my plug with show, show came first but it’s just kept coming with&without show. Irregular cramps&backache since. I’m now 38+2, was back in tonight with reduced movements and had another sweep at 9pm. Midwife said I was 3cm and she was touching baby’s head. Since coming home I’ve had a warm bath, spicy food, some pineapple juice and bouncing/rolling on the ball. I’ve been to the toilet but it wasn’t loose or diarrhoea, it was just a sudden bowel movement. I lost some more plug, with slight show. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do? I’m due induction on Tuesday and I want to try avoid if I can, although if it comes to it I’ll be attending. Thank you
