I struggled with morning sickness in the first trimester, expected it and managed. It went away in the second trimester and I felt great. I've hit 34 weeks and I feel so so sick all the time, really struggling to get food down and I've had a good few projectile vomiting sessions 😖 I vomited that hard I burst blood vessels in my eyes. My stomach is killing.
Anyone else have this come back so horrendously in the third trimester? What helped you?
I have cyclizine which helped in the first trimester but seems completely ineffective now.

Hello I'm 30weeks and my nausea has just returned but no sickness. Was everything okay with you in the end? Or are you still suffering with it?

Baby was born 2/4/23 so definitely feel better now..

The nausea and vomiting lasted from about 34weeks to 37/38 maybe? Only thing that helped was regularly taking anti nausea meds and plain food. Plenty of sugary drinks for energy!! Survived on lucozade for a while. Hope you feel better soon x
