Nursing Rocking Chairs?

Are nursing chairs worth it? If so do you have any recommendations?

Also years ago I have previously seen ones that look like armchairs, with the legs/rockers completely hidden. You would never know they were nursing chairs. I can't seem to find anything similar online. Does anyone know where you can find these?
