I'm getting divorced( it's taking an age) and I'm pregnant with my new partners baby. I don't want to have my married name on birth certificate, I want my maiden name. Can I take my driving license as proof? That's still in maiden name.

I was only asked for one form of ID for birth certificate so I would think that’s okay.
