That straight white line visible in the "crotch" area is known as the nub. With girls the line is straight and with boys it looks "stacked" or pointing up.

I have 2 girls and their nubs looked exactly like yours.

Yes, babies are a blessing and a gift no matter what the sex. A healthy baby is the most important thing.

Thank you so much, i was initally looking at the skull theory and was getting no where based on comparing to my scan with my boy. Genetics prob plays a part. I will attach my boys scan at 20 weeks. They both seem similar to me and people did mention he would be a girl but he had other ideas.😃. Your personal experience offers huge insight as i dont have a previous daughter to compare to.

Thank you, 🥰 i will update. As the white line represents the nub and baby spine is at the same angle, i'd agree..will update hopefully when its confirmed. Keep the opinions coming please
