Gender reveal ideas

We find out our baby's gender tomorrow (all going well) and will be having family round at the weekend to do a little gender reveal for them but I'm struggling to come up with any ideas that are a little different from the usual balloon or confetti canons. Just wondered if anyone has some unique ideas which are easy to do and not too expensive 😊Thanks in advance

I’ve seen cake cutting, where either the inside sponge is pink or blue, or sweets that are inside the cake spill out in a colour. That would be easy, but inexpensive, to do.

Hiya, I did cupcakes which I really enjoyed. It was just me and my husband, and then I took the cakes round to my family too later on. We did arrange this far in advance though, so we brought the paper with the sex on to the bakery and the woman there quickly filled them with the right colour and gave them to us 20/30 mins later. But you could get a friend or family member to do this for you! We just really enjoyed a slightly more low key but still exciting way of finding out. I've also seen it on tiktok where only one cake has the sex in, so everybody takes a bite one by one until you find the cupcake with the colour inside! We wanted something private so it wasn't for us, but I think it's a fun idea!
