Hi, my name is Olivia, I have been asked to create a survey online as part of my college research. The goal of this survey is to find out if pregnant women feel that the covid-19 vaccination is safe during pregnancy.
All participants information will be private and confidential as the survey is anonymous. Consent will be assumed if you fill out the survey, once the survey is submitted there will be no ability to withdraw your answers.
I will use all responses and conclude from the surveys filled if pregnant women feel the vaccination is safe or not. This will then help me complete my research project.
