Bleeding 6 weeks EPAU tomorrow, advice?

Hey, so sorry to me writing on here again!
I'm about 6 weeks pregnant, I started bleeding very slightly thursday/friday brown blood. Then Saturday it was a full on period, no clots no pain. Bleeding calm down Sunday lunchtime/evening and today there is minimal blood loss. Midwifes booked me in tomorrow morning for a early scan and both midwife and the lady with the epau has said they feel reassured it's not a MC because I've had no pain and the bleeding isn't heavy.... but stupidly I took a pregnancy test this morning and there is barely a line. I've definitely lost the baby haven't I? I know I'll find out 100% tomorrow but just need to talk to someone about it. Picture added

I would assume a loss based on those tests but the scan tomorrow will confirm 100% and I hope I'm wrong.

I'm really sorry you are experiencing this. How are you feeling?

hannah345 · 27/02/2023 11:57

@ratherbthedevil honestly... I've accepted the fact I'm having a MC but I have had no pain, no cramps and not to usual signs of MC

People keep telling me to have hope but I have none, I'd rather face the worst so I'm prepared.

I feel fine, my boobs have stopped hurting which is another sign of MC so unfortunately, it is what it is :(

It could be a subchorionic hematoma, which may explain the no pain or cramps. I had one back in September which unfortunately resulted in a mc at 8 weeks. That being said if it is one then it's not destined to end the way mine did, I joined a couple of groups on fb by searching for subchorionic hematoma. If you do get diagnosed with one then have a look as there is some great advice. I'm praying for you 🙏🏼

I hope it’s not a miscarriage for you but the 2 I had at 5-6 weeks I had no pain. I really hope everything is ok though

I find out in the morning, I'm not hopeful at all but I really appreciate everyone who's commented on my post over the last few days! I really do. Thank you x

@allgoodthings84 @Sb86 hey. I went to hospital this morning. They confirmed by scan and blood test I had a early miscarriage. Thank you all for your wishes xx
