Am I still pregnant!

Hi everyone!

im suppose to be 5 weeks pregnant and waiting for my dr appointment, however most of my symptoms is gone !😭 I’m so worried the only thing that is really odd is that I’m hungry all the time even after I’ve eaten ! Can someone help?

So sorry for your anxiety. Been there. For me was a bad sign. But I 've heard of many cases when it turned out to be ok. Unfortunately, it's just a waiting game. No one can give you an answer. Keeping fingers crossed it will be good news in your case.

@chantie90 its very Normal for symptoms to come and go throughout your pregnancy.

While it can be a bad sign, it isn’t always! I had exactly the same! I had period pain style cramps at four weeks and very tender boobs, then it’s like someone turned everything off at 5 weeks. Then symptoms came back, but it was very on and off! I had no morning sickness and decided to have an early scan at 7 weeks, convinced there was going to be nothing there. But there was the little bean, heartbeat merrily flickering away :)

It's VERY normal for symptoms to come and go throughout pregnancy. The vast majority of pregnant women that I know have felt different from one day/week to the next. I felt horribly sick from weeks 4-6, and then absolutely fine at week 7, and then a bit grim again 8-11. I had a week of random cramping/braxton hicks in my second trimester, and last week I was absolutely exhausted which now seems to have gone. I am 30 weeks pregnant now with a very healthy baby, absolutely no issues throughout my pregnancy aside from an asymptomatic UTI!! Please try not to worry.

Thank you so much ! I felt cramps last week in my uterus and the dr said that’s normal for implementation cramps. I also felt a little nauseous and this week I’m fine, my nipples are a bit sensitive but other than that im feeling fine! So was just worried. It’s our first baby and so excited but scared too 😔 my next appointment is Wednesday and feels so long before that !!!!

I’m somewhat in the same boat, this is my third baby and I have had no symptoms what’s so ever! The only reason I found out was I went to the doctors for contraception after my second (she’s now 13 weeks old) and I had had unprotected sex so had to take a test before they would give me any and low an behold here I am again! Two weeks on and I still don’t have a single symptom and keep doing tests thinking there’s some mistake haha

with my son I only got sore boobs for a week then no symptoms but my daughter, wow I knew I was pregnant from day one and every day until she was born! Haha

I honestly think that people talk so much about all of the bad side effects of pregnancy, that it makes you feel weird or worried if you don't have them. But lots of women don't! Like I say aside from the nausea (which honestly I think may have been related more to anxiety for me), I've felt fine. At 30 weeks I see women talking about acid reflux, exhaustion, swelling up etc. I've had none of that. Never once been sick or even gagged the whole pregnancy. I know it's hard but it's also a good thing for us! Soon you will be where I am and although you won't be feeling ill, you'll have a bump and a baby wriggling around inside you as a constant reminder!

I'd say that you are experiencing symptoms then, just not the same ones.

I'm in the same boat - mild cramps for about a week. Yesterday it was boob pain times a million but cramps only slightly at the end of the day. Today it's brain fog like you wouldn't believe.

All bodies get used to the hormones differently, I guess.

Symptoms come and go. Up until a couple weeks ago (I’m 14+2 weeks now) I felt so nauseous but it’s now gone most of the time. My sore boobs came and went throughout but now pretty much gone (they are growing though). I haven’t really had many other symptoms. The occasional heartburn but not often. Oh I had a major aversion to all fizzy drinks (was very sad about that) but that’s gone now too.

I know how worrying it is though as I’m worried all of the time as now as that in between stage where I don’t really have any symptoms, hardly any bump and not feeling anything. So I don’t feel pregnant at all which is scary to me

Thank you so much ! It’s our first baby and we tried for a year and then we said we will give our bodies a break then I went to the dr for migraine medication and asked if I was pregnant and I said no… went home and thought I’ll just check and 6 home test later I was pregnant Hahaha.

I’m 19 weeks today and my only symptoms have been tiredness and ever so slightly sore boobs 😊

That how I am ! I’ve got my first official check up tomorrow to find out how far I am ! I think about 5/6 weeks and I’m so tired , urinate more than usual and had slightly sore boobs ! But other than that I feel fine ! I did another pregnancy home test yesterday to just make sure I’m pregnant
