Nuchal translucency

My Dd1 is 12 week's pregnant and had her 12 week scan. Her NT scan was 3.9 and cut off is 3.5 also they said the bladder is prominent and a circle or something nxt to the bladder. Anybody had the same and had a healthy pregnancy as my daughter is heartbroken.

So sorry to hear your daughter is going through this. My DS1 had Nuchal translucency of 4.8 at our 12 week scan. We were so upset but all for nothing as everything was fine. He is a very healthy nearly 6 year old now. I hope all goes well for your daughter too.

Unfortunately not it's got some problems that's not compatible with life. she's got two options terminate now or continue the pregnancy and give birth but baby will die shortly after birth, the baby has mermaid syndrome. My Dd is absolutely heartbroken .💔😭

Baby was born Friday 7:51 he weighed 112g so beautiful x
