Has anyone had this treatment?

Stupid question as it’s a chemo drug will it make my hair fall out?

Is surgery a better option ? I know my tube will be damaged now and even though methotrexate dissolves the pregnancy will that area be a place that an ectopic could happen again? Is it better to have the tube just removed (I’ve been offered both options and struggling to decide)
Thanks

Hi, I had my tube removed 2 years ago. It was devastating, but I was too late for the meds.
But it hasn't affected my fertility having just one tube, but I know it varies.

I'm really sorry you're going through this, I haven't experience of the drug, but just wanted to send you a hug xxx

Thankyou. I’m so sorry you’ve been through this too and so sorry you lost a tube.

Im just stressed waiting for Monday hoping it doesn’t rupture before then my anxiety is so high

It won't make your hair fall out. Methotrexate also used for autoimmune disease so not just chemo.
Wishing you all the best with this decision X
