Vaping before knowing you were pregnant

Did anyone else vape before they knew they were pregnant and then stop any everything was ok

Your baby will be absolutely fine, you’ve stopped now, I know it’s hard but try not to worry bout everything.

I didn't find out I was pregnant until about 9.5 weeks and was vaping the whole time. All good! I stopped as soon as I found out.

Anyone else, I'm really scared

@19annie86 if you’re finding yourself this worried it might be good to speak to a midwife about your anxiety. They can put measures in place to support you throughout the pregnancy and after the birth to help manage your high anxiety.

Have you had a scan or anything yet

Yes a few due to previous miscarriages @19annie86 I'm 19 weeks pregnant,The midwife was absolutely fine about it. Please don't worry yourself, baby will be fine. x
