I am 10 weeks pregnant and also I have a 16 month toddler who regularly visits playgroups / soft play.
We are both constantly sick with bugs, this year a lone I have had norovirus badly, tonsillitis, sinusitis, flu, another stomach bug and a further cold.

I can't take very much to make me feel better as I am pregnant.

How can I improve my immunity and reduce the chances of getting ill?

I'm absolutely miserable. It's stopped me from working when I really need to. My DH runs a business, so long hours and is away from home 1-2 days a week. So often I'm ill looking after an ill child and not able to leave the house because I feel so terrible. Which makes me feel like a terrible mum.

I’m assuming you’re taking pregnancy vitamins, some (like vitamin D) will help support immune system. Eating well and drinking water, getting a good amount of sleep. Also good hygiene practices. Unfortunately sickness comes with little ones and there’s not a huge amount you can do
