Round veiny lower belly?

Anyone know why my lower belly is so defined and round, and the blue veins are really visible? - Anyone get this too? I am sure I had a miscarriage at 5/6 weeks, have a scan tomorrow to confirm. This belly is confusing me haha!

Hi - how many weeks would you be if you hadn’t had a miscarriage?
Hope your scan goes ok tomorrow. Do you have anybody going with you for support?

@Verbena17 I think I would of been coming near the end of 6 weeks now. I don’t unfortunately but I’m expecting the worst after speaking to my GP about all the symptoms I have been experiencing, so I am mentally prepared. Thank you, I appreciate that! My belly looking like this is probably not even related but it’s confusing. This surely is not normal? It’s not usually like this.
