Could it be ectopic or am I being silly ?

So third pregnancy , I have two kids and had one misscariage before my first.
I had three HCG blood tests last week because the doctors test was negative , my numbers were 43 (14dpo) then 86 and 176, they were happy they were doubling so left it at that and have an early scan on Monday where I should be 6 weeks.
The last couple of days I have had a pain down my left side , pelvis / groin area that was coming and going but it’s now quite constant, it’s not agony more niggling , and a weird full sensation just everywhere , I have had bad diarrhoea all day but that’s not hugely uncommon for me and low back ache. I also have quite a tender area below and to the left of my belly button.
This is probably all normal isn’t it ? I’m looking for reassurance that im just being dramatic and that my HCG was doubling last week that it’s unlikely to be an ectopic? Thank you for reading this far I appreciate it !

Do you have any updates?

Im 6w3d, going for my first scan this afternoon.
HCG was also doubling in week 4/5 - and progesterone is high enough as I have suppositories (it was actually about 10x as high as it should have been in week 4!)

Have also been having lower left pain in the abdo/ovary area, just since bowel movement a few hours ago. And one sicky burp - which has not happened before. And diarrhoea this morning. I'm also worrying re an ectopic. Very glad that I have a scan today to clarify, but think I've convinced myself that this will be ectopic.

Yeh had period pains on and off and pelvic side pain allsorts just all very crampy and rubbish
not sure if its worse than forst two babies
had it again around 9 weeks then 13 weeks
