Seeing baby through belly at 15 weeks? (1st pregnancy)

Hi ladies!
I turned 15 weeks pregnant today with 1st DC (although 8 previous losses before week 7). Had several scans and so far so good, still crossing fingers.
A couple of days ago I noticed a small lump below belly button which remained there for a few minutes and then disappeared, and I’ve felt the same several times now. Today I’ve taken a picture (see if I can attach it here). I’m not feeling any movements yet, so not sure if this can be the baby? I think it’s too low down for gases or bowels… what do you think?

It's your uterus. I had this with one of my pregnancies when my bladder was quite full.

I had this every morning from 15 weeks until belly was a proper bumpy bump. I’m a side sleeper, pregnant or not (lucky for me!), and assume it was just the uterus/gravity. Once I started moving about, it disappeared. Currently 32 weeks and baby is all over the shop
