I am 17 weeks pregnant been trying for 3 years finally happened I am plus size also but I am struggling pain in back hip, fatigue I am mentally and physically drained !!

Get your midwife to refer you to a physio asap! Also get a full length body pillow as that may help you sleep, have a look at SPD as well

Have you had your BP and iron levels checked? Back pain is a killer, can your partner offer massages? I also sit with a microwave wheat bag which helps, and sleep with a pregnancy pillow

My partner isn't very understanding sometimes when I'm in pain tbh. I referred to physio it is absolutely driving me nuts making my mood low

I found non-weight bearing gentle exercise like slow swimming really helped when I was at a similar stage in pregnancy.
Some council run leisure centres even let you swim for free when pregnant!

I’m the same! I feel exhausted and keep waking for huge blocks in the night. Hip pain whenever I’m tired and nausea!
I bought a pregnancy ball and it’s a lot comfier to sit on.. Hope you find some relief soon!
