Hi all,
For the last 2-3 weeks I've had an ache/pain across the top of my bum, so sort of just where the tail bone is but all across. This makes it uncomfortable to sit down (which is frustrating considering I work in an office), but the transition between standing and sitting or the other way around isn't great.
My other issue is constipation which I'm not sure if this is causing it to be worse because the pain is also uncomfortable when I go (or try!) to the toilet.
Anyone else had anything similar?
