Pregnant at 42 - 5th section

HI, just found out at the grand old age of 42 I am expecting. Complete shock. Very worried as have had 4 previous sections. Has anyone had more than 4 sections here? Any advice greatly appreciated. This and my age are a huge worry

I'm 42 and so far 12 weeks it's the easiest first trimester. No sickness at all, the only thing is that my tummy popped out very early and I look properly pregnant now, having to wear maternity trousers. It's my third pregnancy, last one 12 years ago, so yes it feels like doing it for first time. I had no c section, so can't comment on that, but I guess as long as you had enough time to recover from last one, it all should be fine.

Thank you so much, this is really reassuring . Although unexpected I am so excited. I didnt even realise I wanted another one but now pregnant I know I desperately do so everything is such a worry
