Essentially that. Morning sickness (which has been much worse this time around) has mostly gone. But for the last week I've come over nauseous, dizzy and tired to the point I have to lie down or I feel like I will pass out about 1hr-90 minutes after eating lunch. I don't seem to get the same crash after breakfast... But sometimes get it after dinner. It doesn't seem to matter how healthy the meal is. Though I did have a Greggs jam doughnut with lunch today and I felt much worse than I did yesterday when I had tomato soup and a roll (though I did have the same giddiness and nausea, and need to lie down on cue).

I had gestational diabetes and ICP in my first pregnancy. But this feels sort of different?

Any advice? If this just I'm older/ more tired in general. Or should I raise with midwife/ consultant/ GP?
