Just found out 28 weeks pregnant, binge drinking throughout

just found out I'm pregnant at 28 weeks and during that time I binge drank on 10 separate occassions, looking back i partied once a week from week 11-15, twice at week 22, twice at week 24 then once last week. Each time I drank it was around 10 drinks. I am feeling shock and so much guilt and hope I havent caused any damage 😭

Has anyone had a similar experience and what was the outcome, was ur baby healthy or not? Thank u
