I know babies come when they're ready, but I'm so done now 😔 uncomfortable and all the rest of those end of pregnancy feelings.

What suggestions have ladies got that they tried towards the end of labour which may of helped?

I'm 38 weeks tomorrow and so far I've been out for walks, having sex, circular motions on birthing ball & raspberry leaf and peppermint tea once a day.

Walk sideways up the stairs.
And look up Ina May Gaskin on stress and labour - basically, hard as this sounds, if you can relax your body and mind as much as possible, this helps your system to prepare itself for birth. Maternity massage?

Thank you @sleepymama3 😊

Never heard of sideways walking up the stairs, however I'll try it!

I have been so anxious these past two weeks very suddenly, can't seem to shake it either but I really need to find ways of relaxing my body otherwise I'll never end up labouring naturally 😕

Have an acupuncture session! My sister in law did this when she was overdue and her baby came the next day. Maybe coincidence but worth a punt!?

I'll have a look into this @countrypunk 😊

@allthingssparkly Just for some balance, I had acupuncture for 6 months when trying to conceive and it did absolutely nothing for me! But it can be very relaxing, which definitely won't hurt 🙂

Good luck, I hope your baby makes an appearance very soon!
