Placenta issue- pre eclampsia

Can someone reassure me :(

I'm 31 weeks pregnant but just released from hospital.

My placenta isn't providing food or oxygen to baby consistently. And my blood pressure is going high on occasion. Blood test came back stating very high risk and doctor said in a few weeks pre eclampsia most likely will happen.

They also said my placenta is ok some days not others, so it's likely it will deteriorate to the point it is useless.

I'm having weekly scans, to monitor placentas functioning. Also weekly blood pressure to indicate when pre eclampsia might happen.

Baby is currently small.

They said they will try to get me to 36weeks but not sure if that will happen.

This is all I know 😬 has anyone else had this? Will baby be ok? I take it she will be premature? If anything deteriorates between appointments how will I know? What symptoms should I look out for? Is this a serious problem?

Sorry I'm just terrified 😭😬 this baby is my rainbow miracle.
