Can someone tell why I’m feeling sick and got period cramping but no bleeding I’m 3 weeks after ectopic pregnancy surgery

I started the same about 3 weeks post surgery, a bit crampy and feeling sick. Have been waiting every day for it to come and nothing! I’m just after 4 weeks now and still waiting but I’ve seen people say it comes around 6-7 weeks afterwards. I actually came on here looking for similar experiences so I know what to expect!

thats what I got told 6 weeks I’m getting on and off cramping and feeling sick and I’m doing ovulation tests at the moment and it’s saying I’m ovulating so emotional not sure why
