OK.. so I've read so many posts on here but never posted myself.
Long story sorry x
I have a Mirena coil but irregular periods since about July. Noticed bloating few months later in evening and no period. Worsening back pain and tired but I do work lates. Negative pregnancy test. Bloating got worse and pain in left side definitely more swollen that side. Had a bleed end Sept. Bloating continues noticeable in morning but worse by evening. Period missed again. Negative pregnancy test so decided to go to Dr's.
Was just a phone call I was thinking ovarian cyst had one left side 8cm (when I was pregnant) he arranged urine/blood tests. Came back folate deficiency and elevated lymphocytes. Pain and pressure got worse. Waist gone up 6" but no weight gain. Bleed beginning Dec. Spotting Jan, nothing since. Have done 2 more tests both negative. Had painful event 1st Feb.. Felt like a cyst rupture also at the time a big rolling movement on my stomach right side? I'm still massive.. had a few twitches in my back but since then I've had a few at the front?! Had ultrasound for cysts on Thursday (been waiting since Nov) they told me nothing and I couldn't see the screen. I'll find out next week. Today had bad back pain worse than normal (had it in the morning for months) pressure in my tailbone and twitching maining in my right side. I feel like I'm convincing myself I'm pregnant but I can't be surely I'd be like 31 weeks since symptoms began.. all very odd. Can I add I have 5 children already yes 5 I've done this a few times now. Am I mad?? Photos are from Thursday evening when I had scan.

I had similar symptoms to yours and turned out to be blood stuck in my uterus. However if you had scan and showing all clear then maybe you should have more blood tests done. Just recently there was posts from lady with similar issues and she had some blood tests taken to check her ovaries. The other thing to consider is mirena coil and possible infection. Hope you will get your answers soon, I know how frustrating it is, it took my doctors 2 months to figure out what's going on, as they tend to start wit easiest excuse for them IBS🙈

I've had a scan but no idea what the results are yet. Find out next week hopefully. I've had numbness in my lower back every time I've sat down today and the same twitching. I guess it's a waiting game ...

I'm in a similar situation to you at the min, just wondering if you ever found out what was causing this? X

I actually had a laparoscopy this Feb 24 after this happening twice more. Was recurring horrendously large ovarian cysts. I've had 3 ruptures.
In the operation they found another one which they were unable to remove from my left ovary. So they had to remove the cyst with the ovary and left fallopian tube. I also had multiple adhesions from the ruptures which has adhered my uterus to my bowel and my abdominal wall. So yeah.. not fun. Still have some pain from residual adhesions but I no longer feel like I'm carrying a watermelon.
Hope you feel better soon. Its a fight but its worth it. I blame mirena coil for the cysts, should never be given it if prone to cysts. I'm now sterilised (during operation) so never have to take dreaded birth control again! (I have 5 children so I'm done anyway)

Oh god! Glad you've had it sorted! Fingers crossed I'll be able to get somewhere with this, I'm at the doctors tomorrow so hopefully the start of something. I've been looking at cryptic pregnancies but then there is also all sorts of things that could cause this, just trying not to make myself paranoid.
