Are you pregnant and due soon? I'm in my fourth year of an MA Child Psychotherapy degree. As part of my course requirements, I need to do mother and baby observations and I am currently looking for a woman willing to be part of those observations. This would involve me coming in at the agreed time for an hour a week. As a mother myself, I am fully aware of how odd it sounds, however, it is a course requirement, and very common in this educational path. I have an up-to-date enhanced DBS
and am registered with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Mothers who have volunteered for other students in the past have found the experience valuable and enriching. I would do my best to offer a supportive and nonjudgmental presence - I still remember how it was to suffer from sleep deprivation, especially in those early stages 😅 Please let me know, if you could help.
