deffo counts , but best not to have 8-10 cups per day!

Not too sure personally! Depends who you ask IME. Saw something recently that said any fluid (except booze) counted. Where as a friend was recently told by a gastroentology (sp) specialist that only water really counts!!

I'd say not really. yes, it is fluid, but tea and coffee also make you wee more, so I don't think they really count. water, squash, juice yes.

and beer and wine don't count either!!

Yes they do (told that by a dietician), as does the water in fruit and vegetables.
