Discolouration on stomach

Hello! I'm 31 weeks and have noticed some brown discolouration next to my belly button? it also feels bruised

Is this stretch marks or something else? It's brown almost?

I am 28 weeks and have this around my nipples and my belly button. NHS said it’s common on their symptom list

(my other 2 friends that are pregnant have it too)

Sorry forgot to say it’s just some sort of pigment discolouration that is meant to go after baby arrives
