Could I be pregnant

I had my son at the end of September, didn't have a period until beginning of January, and my second period is now 9 days late. We have had sex twice since my first period but used the withdrawal method. I'm so worried I could be pregnant again with my son only being nearly 5 months old, could it just be my periods regulating?

Periods do take a while to get back to normal after giving birth, I’d say that’s the likely cause if they only came back last month. That being said, withdrawal method is unreliable as a contraceptive method so I’d do a test just to rule it out

@gmh27 Hi OP, I also had my baby end of Sept. Are you breast or formula feeding? BF would mean it's more unlikely. Have you taken a test? X

I've bottlefed since the day he was born. I've just taken a test and I'm not pregnant! Hopefully my cycles go back to normal Confused

It's so annoying isn't it. I want to know everything is normal as I defo want more children in a few years time 😅x

Very annoying! I'd like to be able to go more than a day without needing to wash my hair too 😂Fingers crossed its not too long x

I got pregnant using withdrawal first month of the pill, ran out of it, was very busy and stupidly thought I'd be ok without it for a while doing withdrawal. If you don't want to get pregnant don't use this method as it really isn't effective.
