Hi there, I had Covid during this pregnancy at 20 weeks. I was under the weather for 24 hours so really lucky. The MW just advised me to keep hydrated and rest. You should be absolutely fine, try not to worry. X

Lots of women get covid when pregnant. You don’t need to call anyone unless you have a hospital appointment you need to rearrange. Just rest, you’ll be fine. I don’t know anyone that still tests for it anymore, it’s just treated as a cold.

I had covid at around 20 weeks, all fine, felt rough for a week but 30 weeks now and no lasting effects.

I did call my midwife though just to double check. As my pregnancy is classed as low risk she said it was fine to self manage, stay hydrated etc, though in some cases depending on risk factors they do recommend fragmin injections so I’d probably give your medical team a call just in case.

Hope you feel better soon.

I have recently had covid at 26 weeks and the midwife gave me a pulse oximeter to monitor my oxygen levels for 2 weeks at home. So it’s definitely worth contacting your midwife xx
