I haven’t had my booking appt yet but I’m going to need an elcs but under GA. I absolutely cannot have a spinal again. Do I need to start mentioning this early on or wait till the third trimester ?

Im so anxious about it and just don’t want anyone to try and persuade me otherwise so I assume I need to mention it at every appt ?

Theres no harm in mentioning it at your booking in appointment. They will probably go through with you about vaginal births and everything first. You don’t need to mention it at every appointment though.

I’m just so anxious ! I can’t have a vbac (had x2 elcs already) but I have some severe back issues and the spinals were absolute hell on Earth and I’ve got numbness still to this day

You really need to ask to see an anaesthetist in clinic to discuss the mode of anaesthesia.
