Help advice needed

OK so TMI
I had a really really heavy period going through a tampon every 20mins and in a morning when I woke up dripping... this went on for 3 days of my cycle then it slowed to a normal then ended.. me and my partner have had sex on the day my period practically ended and majority of the days after .... it has been 8-9 days since my period ended and the other day after going to the toilet I had some spotting I just figured it could of been some residual coming out as it was hardly anything throughout the day it was a hit and miss and very light and pinkish if i did seee any that lasted 2 days come to the 2nd night again after going to the toilet I noticed a very light flow that was pinkish in colour and thought oh for gods sake how have i got a period already literally after a few hours it was gone fully gone no trace of it ... could it have been implantation bleeding? It only lasted about 48hrs of spotting ..I don't know much about it so any advice would be much appreciated

It takes a minimum of 6 days for implantation to happen and up to 12 days. So you would have needed to have ovulated around the end of your period which would be very unlikely. Plus if your period was that heavy there wouldn’t be a thick enough lining for it to implant into yet. So I would say it’s highly unlikely that was implantation.

it could be caused from sex, perhaps a small cut or something like that. Are periods that heavy normal for you? It might be something you’d be better off speaking to a dr about as you’re bleeding between periods.

Unfortunately my periods are normally that heavy..
