Has anyone seen a heartbeat at around 6 weeks in early scan?

My scan is tomorrow due to bleeding and I'm really worried

I had an early scan at 6+4 and baby was there, measuring a little smaller but with a definite heartbeat

They couldn't see a baby. Midwife says I've had a miscarriage/ going to have a miscarriage
