Thyroid issues (Low T4, normal TSH)

Have been feeling horrendous for weeks and just found out I am low in vit d (44, should be above 50), low t4 (5.6) but normal TSH (3.5). The doctor is prescribing vit d but said thyroid function is fine. I am not happy with the low (and out of range t4), in terms of how it will be affecting my baby (I'm 30 weeks) but I am also suffering extreme fatigue, which must surely be related.

Has anyone else had experience of such results / can enlighten me with their knowledge of thyroid function? Should I get a second doctors opinion?

I understand the low vit d will be adversely affecting the thyroid, so the prescription will help, but still feel concerned. Thank you all x
