UTI in first and second trimester

Hi

I have UTI since first trimester, currently 24 weeks pregnant. Have taken antibiotics course still it's not going away even doctor is not sure if why. I am given 2 weeks of antibiotics again. Did anyone had UTI even after antibiotics? Did it impact delivery? How was baby's health?

I had a UTI for around 8-10 weeks during my last pregnancy from 21 weeks. I was given repeat courses of Nitrofurantoin and then I was sent to see a consultant who prescribed me with a low dose 4 week course of cefalexin which finally shifted it. Labour and baby were fine.
