Bit of an odd question, but I have to do pelvic exercises, as per physio's instructions. A day or 2 ago I was doing them, deep inside of me and spotted a drop of pinky brown blood on finger, then not a drop again. Same thing last night. I think could have nicked myself with nail. But same happened last month right before period. Maybe the area is more sensitive. Period came today and same last month. Now my question is, is this period spotting if nothing came out of me before or after until I went deep inside and then it was only a dot? I am trying to figure out luteal phase?
