Hey - I was hoping someone could help me?? I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and very badly constipated......midwife suggested Chia seeds and Linseeds in porridge for breakfast which I have been doing for over a week. Porridge is boring me senseless so I had a quick Google to see what else I could do with them and I'm getting a 50/50 linseed is fantastic/avoid linseed during pregnancy and breastfeeding!!! Anyone any thoughts??
