Sex when pregnant

Just looking for some advice from some more experienced people than me! Currently 6 weeks pregnant with my 1st. I'm quite nervous due to a previous early MC.
This morning, my husband and I had sex for the first time since conceiving, and I've had such cramps today! Is this normal?

Sex won’t cause a miscarriage. It can sometimes irritate the cervix and make it bleed a little (which is why I haven’t done it much as it would only worry me) but midwives say it wouldn’t cause a miscarriage
