Hi everyone.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I've woken up with period like cramps. They're not particularly painful and they don't come and go. Baby still moving fine. Is this pretty normal at this stage ?

i am 35 weeks also and experiencing mild period like pains with a slight pressure down below but comes & goes, did mention it to my midwife on Friday and she said it’s probably just everything stretching and getting into position; but keeping an eye !

No change. Cramps came and gone, feeling okay now. I would assume it was just my body getting ready to give birth soonGrin

I had the same on and off for a few days at about 36 weeks. At my midwife appointment a few days later baby had moved down and head was engaged so I think it was the extra stretching needed for that.
