Just wondering if anyone's had anything similar and been pregnant still.

I took a FRER 4 days before my period was due because I had similar symptoms to when I was pregnant with daughter. Came back positive. So I done a clear blue the same evening, again, positive (pregnant 1-2)
However I should of been due AF today and so thought I'd take another test to see the progression and it's super faint! I also did a clear blue digital with different urine and it now says (not pregnant)

I've not had any bleeding! Just a slight ache in my pelvis but I wouldn't say it's "painful"

Did you drink a lot or recently go for a wee before testing?

Jjones123 · 08/02/2023 13:35

I done the first lot of tests (4 days ago) in the evening and had drank a fair amount throughout the day!

The tests I took today I done with FMU

some people for whatever reason actually get better results in the afternoon evening. Maybe try this evening around the same time and see how you get on then.

Yeah I'll take 1 this evening, I don't know what to do if it's negative though?

It could be a faulty test but could unfortunately be a chemical pregnancy/early miscarriage. Sometimes it can take a few days after a negative test for bleeding to begin 😥

I know this is old but wondered what the outcome was? I am in the same boat now x

@Joleyjojo hopefully op will reply but when I had similar - faint tests and a digital coming back negative, I started bleeding the next day at 4+5 and was a very early loss/CP. Sorry if that's the case for you. 💕

It’s been such an odd few days. Yesterday at FMU I had feint IC lines about 6am. Then at 9.30 I had a positive CB digital. This morning I used FMU and the digital went to not pregnant and barely their line on IC. I did a 5 hour hold and got a positive 1-2 weeks CB digital, positive FRER, positive normal CB and positive IC much darker line than yesterday. No idea what to think , my FMU must of been off or the 5 hour hold one is wrong. I am only 11dpo so still early hoping it was a slight fluctuation, I’m praying that for some reason my afternoon wee was correct. I can’t test anymore it’s stressing me out. We are pregnant and want to enjoy it until we are not hopefully in 8months time. It has been an absolute rollercoaster today x

@Joleyjojo ah bless you it's so stressful! I have heard that some people do get better tests in the afternoon/evening, not with FMU so maybe that's the case with you. Everything crossed for you. 💗🤞🏼

If you took the negative one too late in the day after peeing loads then it might just be too diluted / watery to pick up the hormone when I got my positives I took so many tests in the one day eventually I could barley see a line . I'd take another test first thing in the morning and see what the outcome is.
