DD Birth Reflection debriefing

please share experience on your birth debriefs, should I go over the notes ? can i even do that? and prepare questions before , what type of questions? I really want to make the most of it and get on with stuff

In mine, the head midwife basically read through my notes with us (my husband and I) and we had the chance to ask questions or make points about what she was reading, then afterwards there was the opportunity to discuss/ask anything else that hadn’t popped up in the course of the conversation. I found it really really cathartic - it helped me work through some bits, ask questions about any future birth and flag issues to the hospital about their care, too.
