Breastfeeding whilst pregnant

I'm still breastfeeding my 1 year old, and am just 4 weeks pregnant.
When I feed him I seem to cramp, and get very light brown discharge. Is this normal? Should I stop breastfeeding. Anyone else experienced this and had a normal pregnancy?

I would contact gp, I did continue breastfeeding for a while after finding out I was pregnant but stopped at 8 weeks as my boobs where too sore. I never had any cramping/discharge because of it

I breastfed my little one until I was 4/5 months pregnant, when he weaned himself - I had a little spotting early on (may have been implantation bleeding), but nothing else. Your hospital should have a 24 hour call a midwife line, and I don't think you need to be registered/have had your booking appointment yet to call (or at least, that's how it worked for my hospital) so it could be worth giving them a ring - mine says to call for any bleeding, even early on, and they were so reassuring when I did ring.

I fed for the first couple of months but I can't remember a discharge either.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant and still feeding my 2.5yr old to sleep. It's uncomfortable and sometimes causes tightenings because of the oxytocin, but never had any brown discharge. Suggest you call your midwife or early pregnancy unit at your hospital, your gp might be able to refer you if you're not registered with midwife yet.

I fed throughout pregnancy. I've heard of people having slight cramp like feelings but not discharge.
