TMI- is this “show”?

Hello all, is this “show” on my panty liner, the white on the left is progesterone pessary but I am concerned about the little jelly next to it? Or is it normal discharge? I am at risk for preterm delivery and just 24 weeks so worried. No cramping. Thank you.
